Teatro del Lago (Lake Theatre) shares the vision of turning in to the Chilean main cultural, social, educational and tourist centre, generating diverse cultural and artistic activities.  In this way it will contribute to the integral development of the society and the new generations through the music and the arts.  

Currently Teatro del Lago offers diverse presentations not only in the field of music, theatre, dance, literature and visual arts but pedagogical activities and master courses at the Casa Richter – Art School -, which opened its doors to the community on January 2007, and that is administered by Teatro del Lago.

Along with its commitments with the community, Teatro del Lago offers 30 free educational seats on every performance and additionally develops the EduVida program – equally free – oriented towards students, teachers and public in general that on way or another relates to the artistic language.

Teatro del Lago offers a 10000 square meter layout of halls, foyers, dining rooms and an amphitheatre, so that the community can opt to the most wide activities like corporative events, product releases, galas, private artistic presentations, weddings to mention a few.  You will be pleasantly surprised by the magic and charm of a cultural and commercial centre surrounded by nature and art.  There are many businesses and institutions that perform their events with us, find out how memorable are activities developed in a natural setting, where nature and art get together for your enjoyment.

Teatro del Lago has been able to position Frutillar as a tourist and commercial location at a national level, and supported by the carrying out of the prestigious international tourism fair TRAVEL MART LATINAMERICA, Frutillar rises at an international level as a key destiny in the region, where business and tourism can be joined in a nature, art and culture setting. 

This project, sponsored by Bicentenario commission, is the starting point and initial flag drop of an integral development of Frutillar, where a library, an international artistic resort and a juvenile orchestra among others, are expected to be develop.  We invite you to discover the magic and charm of Teatro del Lago, the cultural and artistic most important centre of the world Sindexur.
